While working out at the gym, a specific order must be followed to train the various muscles. a lot of energy is needed to exercise large muscle groups (like back, thighs and chest) so they have to be done when you are strongest. So they have to be down first. Then the smaller muscles (forearms, biceps and triceps) must be trained. This order will make your work out very efficient.
Simple and most basic exercise can help us maintain a good physical fitness. Even our daily chores and routine life is composed of many such exercises. Like, do a squat every time you pick something up instead of bending over in a usual way. This forces you to use your leg muscles and build strength.

Ps 3

I have over the past few days been able to get my hands to meddle with a Playstation 3 and i think this is the most amazing console gaming experience i have ever had. The whole package is appealing. It has got an extremely stylish look with touch button operations on its body and nice lights. The PS3 uses blu-ray discs and all games released for the PS3 come only in blu-ray formats. This give game developers full freedom in designing games with no limit in the graphics and sizes of their games. Each of these blu-ray discs has a capacity of about 5 times the storage of a normal DVD. A single layer blu-ray has a capacity of about 25 GB and a dual layer blu-ray disc can store data about 50GB in size!!! Now that is a lot of space and hence game developers have no constraint on the size of their game and graphics involved in each game.

Its wireless controllers are a delight for gaming and the new ones with vibrators built in adds to the great gaming experience. Games like ‘Guitar Hero’ , ‘FIFA 2009? and ‘Metal Gear Solid 4? on the PS3 are at a different level altogether.
The PS3 when played on a LCD which supports full HD (high definition) is an experience worth dying for! It is “mindblowing”.
Everyday new games are being made for the PS3 so i think it is really worth its price

Vomiting and dehydration

Posted by Srog on April 24, 2010 in Uncategorized with No Comments

Vomiting is a logical conclusion of nausea. Vomiting makes you loose a lot of water from the body, resulting in dehydration. You lose a lot of fluid in vomiting, so the best thing to do is to replace the fluids lost. These fluids should be clear fluids like water, weak tea, juices. Even milks or soaps are too much to handle. Vomiting also causes loss of minerals, so clear soaps or juices is a good option. If drinking water it is best to add a pinch of salt or sugar to it. Such liquids should be consumed every half an hour. It’s best to use ORS with a lot of water to rehydrate the body.
